At Catholic Health Initiatives, we reach beyond the walls of our facilities to build healthy communities.  In collaboration with individual citizens, community organizations and other providers of health and human services, Catholic Health Initiatives creates values-based, forward-looking models of community health.  We have several programs dedicated to this ministry, including the Mission and Ministry Fund, Direct Community Investments and community benefit.
